Project Overview
Seattle Community Colleges
TV wanted to develop a website where past and present
radio programs could be archived. Intune developed a
system to allow administrators to easily upload and
categorize various types of content, including
broadcasts, airchecks, jingles, station breaks,
commercials and newscasts. Listeners can then browse the
content alphabetically or by era, or search directly for
a specific file they are looking for.

Challenge
To effectively create an intuitive system for
administrators and visitors to use rainierradio.org,
Intune worked with Rainier Radio staff to develop a
system that could be utilized by many with little
training. For users, the goal was to create a site that
is easy to use, quick and intuitive, and that will
attract repeat visits.
Solution
Intune designers created a website design and player
UI for
rainierradio.org that focuses on the Rainier Radio
site content, with easily accessible navigation for
users, and a well-established backend database that can
be easily searched by title, format or era. The end
result is a site that is enjoyable to use and offers
visitors endless hours of entertainment and broadcast
history.
